Hi and welcome to TELL2!
My name is Niamh Dunne and together with my colleagues, Yusuf (Darnell) Liles and Khidar (AB) Abdullah, we are the Bachok-Pasir Puteh (BPP) cluster mentors. We are working with 15 schools in this area, with the level 1 English teachers, in sub-clusters of 5 schools each. We focus on language proficiency and teaching proficiency development through school visits and workshops called TPDs.
I am delighted to be working with lovely teachers in SK Tawang, SK Perupok, SK Pengkalan Chengal, SK Pauh Sembilan and SK Beris Kubor Besar. Yusuf is working nearby at SK Sungai Dua, SK Beris Lalang, SK Tangok, SK Jelawat 2 and SK Pa' Pura. AB works in Pasir Puteh with SK Kampung Berangan, SK Panggong, SK Padang Pa' Amat, SK Banggol Pa' Esah and SK Bukit Abal. We have all been made to feel very welcome by all the teachers, headmasters and local PPD officers.
